Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small set of information sent by a website and stored in the browser so that the site may consult prior activity. Similar technologies (local storage and pixels) are treated analogously for the purposes of this Policy.

These cookies store the data subject’s cookie decision (cm-consent-v1) in the browser. They are required to remember whether analytics and maps were accepted or refused. They are not used for advertising. Their use is based on the operation of the Site and on the controller’s duty to demonstrate that consent was obtained.

Google Analytics (measurement ID G-J7XM4S1JCD) is used to understand which pages are viewed. The library is not loaded until the data subject accepts “analytics” in the banner. Google may transfer data outside El Salvador. Refusal does not prevent use of the Site.

The location map uses Google Maps. It is not loaded automatically: it is displayed if maps are accepted in the banner, or if the data subject selects “Show map”. That affirmative action constitutes consent for that embedding. Google may set its own cookies.

Embedded Instagram videos are presented first as a local image. Only if the data subject selects “watch reel” (or equivalent) is Instagram’s player loaded, in which case Meta Platforms may use cookies. That action constitutes consent limited to that content.

Consent may be amended or withdrawn at any time through cookie preferences or the Site footer. Cookies may also be deleted in the browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out previously. Further information is set out in the Privacy Notice.
