The specific conditions of each booking (price, cancellation policy, house rules, check-in and check-out times) are those shown on the platform where you book (for example, Airbnb) or in the direct-booking agreement when you complete the flow on the direct channel.

Stays are intended for adults only: the compound is not child-proof. You must respect the building rules, the rest of other guests, and local laws. Unauthorized commercial use of the facilities (filming, events, etc.) is prohibited without prior written consent.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any dispute related to use of the site may be submitted to the competent courts in El Salvador, without prejudice to what specific booking contracts provide regarding the stay.
