ARCO-POL rights | Casa Marea Sunzal

Pursuant to Chapter III of the Personal Data Protection Law, the data subject may obtain information concerning personal data undergoing processing and, where appropriate, request rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction, or the right to be forgotten, and may withdraw consent previously granted.

1. Privacy channel

Requests shall be addressed to the controller, Casa Marea Sunzal, through the Casa Marea Sunzal privacy channel, at Cerromar, El Sunzal, Department of La Libertad, El Salvador, email privacidad@casamareasunzal.com.

On 12 September 2026, the Agencia de Ciberseguridad del Estado (ACE) left without effect the deadline to appoint a data-protection officer; until further official guidance, ARCO-POL requests are handled by the controller via the channel above.

Complete the form below. A message will be generated for sending from your email client. A copy of a valid identity document must be attached. If the request is made by a representative, proof of special authority shall also be attached.

2. Time limits

The controller shall issue a decision within twenty business days of receipt, extendable by a further twenty for a justified cause. Incomplete filings shall be subject to a single request for additional information, to be cured within ten business days; failing which the file shall be archived without prejudice to a new request.

Withdrawal of consent shall be processed within five business days. If the controller is not competent, the petitioner shall be so informed within five business days of receipt.

3. Cost

Exercise of ARCO-POL rights is free of charge. Only the actual cost of materials for physical reproduction or of postal dispatch may be charged, if requested. Delivery by electronic mail is free of charge. No reproduction tariff is published at present, as the ordinary means of delivery is electronic.
